The aid line for the replacement of fossil fuel boilers with forest biomass boilers is aimed at replacing systems, installations and infrastructure, of heat production from fossil fuels, by others that use forest biomass (chips and pellets) , in public or private centers that provide basic services to the population. The ultimate purpose of this expense is to contribute to the innovation and mitigation of climate change as well as the adaptation to it and the environment by replacing boilers so that the energy efficiency of buildings is improved, at the same time it promotes the sustainable use of the mountains, favouring its cleaning, fire prevention and the development of rural municipalities.
